- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Awful. My mother was experiencing severe DT withdrawals..had a seizure. I was only informed when she had another patient help her use the phone to call me. When I called to speak to someone in charge the very rude and ignorant receptionist not only had no clue and hung up on me the first time but when I called again to speak to someone to make sure my mother was being sent to the hospital and the ambulance was called she informed me the building was being closed down and the phone system was from 1970 so its taking some time but they're working on it. I am absolutely disgusted and outraged with the way they neglected my mother and basically told me they could care less about their job because it was closing down anyway.By Kayla Gonzalez, September 23, 2017
